A rebirth in Riverdale is now taking form at Whistler Crossing, a sprawling 500 unit housing and retail development. The initial phase provides spacious rental units within a restoration of historic homes.
Phase 1 is comprised of 90 units along Lowe Avenue and two mixed-use buildings at the intersection of Lowe Avenue and 138th Street.
