The mix of retail, restaurants, housing, and parking elements was developed through a long process of community participation organized by the Alderman and the City of Chicago. The project’s amenities include excellent access to public transit (bus and train), a campus park across the street from the site, and the CTA rail station which will be rehabilitated in 2010.
